STAND UP for a Cause: The WPSMF's 5th Annual Comedy Show & Silent Auction
On Friday, April 13, 2012 at 6:30 pm, the William P. Sullivan Memorial Foundation will host “STAND UP for a Cause,” our 5th Annual Comedy show, in the Grand Ballroom at the Hamilton Manor located at 30 Route 156, Hamilton, NJ 08620 (http://www.thehamiltonmanor.com/).
The comedy show includes a sit down dinner as well as a Silent Auction and Raffle. This year’s Silent Auction is featuring signed memorabilia by Michael Vick and Randall Cunningham of the Philadelphia EAGLES! Previous auctions have featured a signed Ryan Howard bat, a Ryan Howard Ball, Phillies tickets, designer watches, Wii Fit, jewelry, paintings, gift certificates to local restaurants and spas, wine and food gift baskets, and much, much more.
The tickets are $65 per person and have to be purchased prior to the event. They WILL NOT be available at the door. You can send a check or money order to the address below or you can purchase your tickets online below through paypal.
*Please note that our foundation is a non-profit organization, so you can download and print the tax form that is located on our donation page. It is proof of your charitable donation and can be deducted when you file your taxes.
All of the proceeds from the event, including the auction and raffle, with the exception of $2,000, will be donated to State Police Family Assistance and Support for Troopers and their Families (SPFAST), Farmers Against Hunger (FAH) and the Justyn Carr Memorial Fund. They are our selected charities for 2012. The other $2,000 will be donated to our honored 2012 state troopers. We honor two NJ state troopers each year, they are chosen based on their outstanding community service and valor. Each trooper receives $1000 of the money we raise to donate to their charity of choice.
